Frequently asked questions

Everything starts with the business owner – they must have the right values. Our solution is to donate more money towards environmental projects than the business owner takes home from the pieces that we sell. That means that the environment is the main “salary earner” in this business.

We choose carefully where to direct these donations. We don’t want to have a negative impact on people’s livelihoods, but instead we want to take part in what we like to call sensible environmental work.

This is a brave and unique experiment, which was launched on 1.1.2022. We hope that it will be possible to operate in this way, and that we can make it a permanent approach in our business.

For the materials used in our jewellery we only use reliable suppliers who are committed to following international regulations.

We create pieces with synthetic diamonds by customer request.

We also have access to natural diamonds from Canada.

Please get in touch to discuss these things with us before placing your order.

The best thing to do is to visit a local jewellery shop to have your finger measured. Please tell us what measuring method was used. We use the ring’s diameter in mm.

If needed we will be in touch about this matter, as the width of the ring and its internal profile also affect how the ring will feel on your finger.

Please see the enclosed ring size converter chart.

You have 14 days from receipt to return in-stock jewellery.

We place a seal on these kinds of products. Once the seal has been broken, items can no longer be returned.

Products that are made to order and that are not in stock cannot be returned.

We feel that we have a responsibility for the quality and authenticity of the pieces we create.

All our creations have the maker’s mark WWW as proof of this. This is why we don’t make jewellery using materials supplied by the customer. This is the only way we can ensure that the pieces we create are as promised, in terms of both gemstones and precious metals.

The colour of white gold is more greyish than for example platinum or silver. As a rule, nearly all white gold jewellery on the market is rhodium or platinum plated, which means that it is covered with a thin layer of a different precious metal to make the colour lighter.

This plating is subject to wear, particularly on rings which are used regularly. In this case the piece can be replated.

We usually platinum or rhodium plate our white gold pieces, but if the customer so chooses, we can also make the piece without plating, in which case the colour is slightly more greyish.

We make most of our jewellery in Kangasniemi in Finland. Some designs are also made in Lucerne in Switzerland.
